Biography
I have been practicing law for more than 25 years and have been helping families and businesses resolve debt issues. A few years ago following a divorce, I found myself in a similar position to many of my clients as I was struggling with debt from the divorce that I could not pay all at once. I made the difficult decision to file a Chapter 11 bankruptcy case which was successfully confirmed and I am paying back the debt over a 6 year period. I am a lawyer who understands what my clients are dealing with emotionally as they make the decision that is best for their family.
I have been a full time single father of teenagers for more than five years and my children have been my focus and my motivation. I enjoy staying healthy, practicing yoga, films, events, community involvement and travel.

Not responsive at all
I consulted with Paul and he never got back to me. He didn't even know what my debt was classified as which was fine but said he would look it up and get back to me he never did. Doesn't seem like he knows much about bankruptcy

What you see, is what you Get. A lot of attorneys tell you the worst could happen, so anything better that happens, they become the hero. Paul tells you what he really thinks will happen and where its going, no games and will not sugar coat it, but will not make it worse then it is. Bottom line he is...
