For the past 30 years I have represented Hospitals, Physicians, Nurses and Clinics including several large national for-profit hospital systems as well as local non-profit hospitals and teaching hospitals and their insurance companies in defending claims for catastrophic injuries and death caused by medical negligence.  I continue to represent  many health care providers with regard to malpractice claims and death claims however I now dedicate a significant amount of my time to representing victims who are injured due to someone else's negligence. My 30 years of experience representing health care providers in malpractice claims has provided me with the knowledge and skills necessary to advocate for the injured and has given me a unique perspective that allows me to efficiently and effectively work with insurance companies and their attorneys.
