Biography
Jeannine N. Rodriguez, Esq. is the owner and founder of JNR Law Group. Ms. Rodriguez is the firm’s lead litigator, in both civil and criminal matters. In civil litigation, Ms. Rodriguez has handled matters including, but not limited to, lender and association foreclosure defense, contract disputes, and first party insurance litigation. She has successfully represented clients at all stages of the criminal process, at both the State and Federal levels. Ms. Rodriguez also heads the firm’s transactional division, which includes all aspects of real estate transactions, including title work.
In 2015, Ms. Rodriguez received Avvo’s Client’s Choice Awards in Real Estate, Litigation, Contracts, Criminal Defense, and Expungement. Ms. Rodriguez is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (Miami Chapter), and the Hispanic National Bar Association. She is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First and Third Circuit. Ms. Rodriguez has been awarded the Super Lawyers "Rising Star" award every year since 2017. She was also selected as a Lawyer of Distinction for her work in Real Estate Law in 2020.
Ms. Rodriguez earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University, College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Rodriguez served as the Executive Comments Editor of Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Team. As a member of the Moot Court Team, Ms. Rodriguez won Best Orator in the 2008 Intramural Moot Court Competition. Ms. Rodriguez also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, which is presented to the student in each course receiving the highest grade, in Intellectual Property. She is a Suma Cum Laude graduate of Florida International University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work.

Exceptional pic for agents!
I was on this file listing side - so buyer picked them- but my seller was having ‘seller docs’ done by JNR & this title company treated my seller so well- I would use them again & again! THEY MADE ME LOOK GOOD- bc that always falls on the agent- even if we do not have control of picking. :-)
