She explained all the paperwork and made sure that I understood what I was signing. She was responsive to my phone calls/emails ...and was always available to answer questions. She is simply unique... one of those people that you can trust and that does everything so that you feel comfortable and informed at all times. I unfortunately had the terrible experience of being charged in a criminal case. Attorney Jeannine Rodriguez was not only extremely competent in her job as an attorney, she was the most compassionate and caring person I encountered during this horrible ordeal. Her communication skills are wonderful... and she fought for me as her client 1000%. The outcome of my case was extremely successful and it was all due to her work and persistence. Jeannine worked on a criminal defense case for me. She was persistent and creative in working with the D.A. to find a solution, and the results were excellent. The charges were reduced significantly and the terms of the plea bargain were very favorable. The only reason she got four stars and a "Go...od" rating from me instead of five stars and an "Excellent" rating was because of her communication. She was often unresponsive to emails and phone messages, and did not communicate with me on the case very frequently. While I understand that there might not have been any new developments, it still would have been good to hear back from her more often. But she did great work and the outcome of the case was excellent.
