Biography
I focus my practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Asset Protection, and Business Succession. I am an attorney dedicated to helping both domestic and foreign families and businesses make the very best legal decisions throughout their life by developing lifelong relationships with my clients and serving as a trusted advisor to them and to their families. I guide my clients as they preserve and protect their assets and Legacies, including their intellectual, spiritual, and human assets.
Along with my partners, I founded Trust Counsel, PL (Successor in interest to Marenco Law Partners, PL) in 2012 because I saw a need to practice in a different way than traditional firms; and I saw that our unique story and talents could be used to make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
I am a Premier Member of the Family Wealth Planning Institute and a part of Wealth Counsel, LLC, a national organization of trusts and estates attorneys and other legal, tax and business professionals who maintain the highest level of knowledge and expertise through collaboration and continuing their education on advanced planning topics.
