Charles R. Lipcon is the founder of Lipcon, Margulies & Winkleman, P.A. - the nation's leading maritime firm. His team of attorneys handle cruise ship personal injury, cruise line sexual assault, wrongful death claims, boating accidents and any other accidents at sea or while on the water. Mr. Lipcon was named "Lawyer of the Year" in Admiralty & Maritime (Miami) by US News & World Report.

Mr. Lipcon is the author of several publications including "Help for the Auto Accident Victim", "Seaman's Rights in the United States When Involved in an Accident", The Cruise Line Law Reporter and his newest release, "Unsafe on the High Seas."

Graduating from the University of Miami with a B.A. in 1968 and a J.D. in 1971, Mr. Lipcon is a National Merit Scholar.
