We arranged for a fee split, since the real estate company was providing overhead and staff- fee-splitting is technically against the rules, and we should have had an arrangement for payments instead. On the advice of counsel, I filed an "Admission of Minor Misconduct," since I agreed with the allegations, and no client was harmed by the misconduct or complained.”
