First, l would like to say that my family and I are so very thankful to have found Mr. Pagan. We encountered a situation in which the opposing party (crazy ex-husband) filed an emergency motion while my family and I were on our way out of town, on vacation. I googled attorneys in Miami while on the r...oad, and he was one of the ones that popped up which inspired confidence in me. My husband and I called a multitude of attorneys (15+) in the Miami area hoping to get a call back from at least a couple of them, and he was the ONLY ONE who called back (himself, not his paralegal) within a reasonable amount of time (almost immediately). When we initially made contact, we had less than 9 hours to respond to the emergency motion. He got a quick background about our case and immediately went to work. Mr. Pagan was confident, and knew exactly what to do to reach a quick resolution. Many attorneys will gladly waste your time and money 'spinning wheels' and going back and forth for days with the opposing counsel, while telling you you're going to get the desired outcome. In most cases, you just end up spending a lot of money to get a mediocre result (been there, done that with my last two attorneys). Mr. Pagan was straight to the point and honest about the likely outcome of our situation, and had no intentions of wasting my time or money. He may not always tell you exactly what you want to hear, but the honesty of his advice is preferred to the sugar coating and disappointment that you will get from most attorneys. He was not only professional, attentive, and kind, but he also was able to relate to our situation from his own personal experiences. This, to me, was the selling point when choosing Mr. Pagan as my attorney. He is extremely easy to talk to, and most certainly will NOT make you feel 'dumb' because you don't know the law. I always felt like I was talking to a friend rather than an attorney, and felt very comfortable and confident taking his advice. I also wanted to mention that his rate is extremely fair and affordable, and I got much better results with him than I have with attorneys that I have paid almost double for in the past. The fact I was out of town during this entire process was no issue to Mr. Pagan whatsoever. He communicated very effectively, followed up with ALL calls plus some, took into consideration our wishes, and committed himself to resolving our case as soon as possible to not incur any excessive fees. I was able to contact him by phone, text, and email, and each and every time I called I spoke directly to him, not a receptionist or paralegal; this to me is priceless. I already had a hard time keeping up with things from the stress this was causing my family and I while out of town, but Mr. Pagan handled everything, and put our minds at ease in no time so that we could get back to enjoying our vacation. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Pagan, and just how grateful we are to this man; he literately bailed us out of a bad situation. With my previous attorneys it would have taken weeks (if not months), and thousands of dollars for them to resolve this, but Mr. Pagan had everything completely settled in a matter of days (that's unheard of!). Moving forward, I will only have Mr. Pagan handle my affairs as I already know I will get top notch representation at an affordable price, and from a very compassionate and committed attorney. In a city like Miami, it is extremely hard to come across someone with high character such as him, especially in the legal field. I cannot recommend this attorney enough, he is truly the guy you want to entrust your legal affairs to. My experience with this attorney has been superb, and I recommend him 1,000%.
