First, l would like to say that my family and I are so very thankful to have found Mr. Pagan. We encountered a situation in which the opposing party (crazy ex-husband) filed an emergency motion while my family and I were on our way out of town, on vacation. I googled attorneys in Miami while on the r...oad, and he was one of the ones that popped up which inspired confidence in me. My husband and I called a multitude of attorneys (15+) in the Miami area hoping to get a call back from at least a couple of them, and he was the ONLY ONE who called back (himself, not his paralegal) within a reasonable amount of time (almost immediately). When we initially made contact, we had less than 9 hours to respond to the emergency motion. He got a quick background about our case and immediately went to work. I googled "Divorce Lawyers Miami, FL" and came across Jose Pagan. Jose was rated higher than most of the other lawyers that were listed and all the reviews I read, recommended to use him. I tried to file Bankruptcy over two years ago with the legal aide of Dade county the lawyer that initially accepted my case then stated that he would not be able to handle my case due to the fact that he was representing some of my creditors and he was going to send my case back to the legal aide. On Monday Morning he gave me a call which was shocking because a lot of lawyers I’ve dealt with would not call and get thing started this quick which showed me that he was really willing to help me and get this situation handled in a timely manner. Immediately he started on my case which he was doing free of charge because it was thru the legal aide. Long story short my case was taken care of in a month with court date and all.
