Right away, he took and interest in my case and sat with me for hours to explain my rights as an unwed mother in Miami and started the paternity case. I tried to file Bankruptcy over two years ago with the legal aide of Dade county the lawyer that initially accepted my case then stated that he would not be able to handle my case due to the fact that he was representing some of my creditors and he was going to send my case back to the legal aide. Tw...o years later still nothing I decided to call them again this time I was referred to Mr. Antonio Pagan and It was a whole different Experience. He called me the same day that I was referred to him which was on a Friday afternoon and set the expectations of what he was going to do and the time frame where we would have everything taken care of for me. On Monday Morning he gave me a call which was shocking because a lot of lawyers I’ve dealt with would not call and get thing started this quick which showed me that he was really willing to help me and get this situation handled in a timely manner. Immediately he started on my case which he was doing free of charge because it was thru the legal aide. Long story short my case was taken care of in a month with court date and all. This is one of the best Law firms I have dealt with and will refer anyone to Mr.Pagan he didn’t try to get any extra money out of me for any unnecessary lawyer charges. If I have another case I would defiantly not hesitate to give him a call again. Highly recommended!! The process went well; I was able to contact Mr. Pagan whenever I needed to via email, phone or text. His fees are reasonable. My husband and I filed jointly; we were able to get our license back reinstated immediately after filing as they were suspended for owing a debt. He also... stopped a wage garnishment from happening.
