I googled "Divorce Lawyers Miami, FL" and came across Jose Pagan. Jose was rated higher than most of the other lawyers that were listed and all the reviews I read, recommended to use him. I immediately called Jose and he offered a free consultation. After speaking with him for seven minutes, I knew t...hat I was going to hire him to be my Divorce Lawyer. I told Jose that I lived in Boston, MA, but that did not affect his work quality. He emailed and faxed me all the documents that I needed and responded to all my emails and calls in a timely manner. Jose was on top of everything from the moment him and I spoke. When Jose was unavailable, his office followed up with me to ensure all was well. Jose showed empathy for my situation and did everything in his power to help me get divorced. Jose filed the papers, scheduled the court date, and made sure the process was as smooth as possible. Once I arrived to get divorced on the scheduled court date, I was divorced within 15 minutes. I don't know about you, but I have never been in and out of court within 15 minutes for any reason. Stop looking for another Lawyer, trust me, Jose Pagan is who you want!

Paid my retainer to Mr Pagan in a child support case. In the 6 months or so that I worked with him, I had more than 30 calls go unanswered, unreturned. He finally passed me off to one of his associates, and Hector Gonzales would not return my phone calls either. Basically, Mr Pagan stole $1500 from... me. I have tried to collect this money back from him, but he won't even accept mail from me. I know this sounds extreme, but if you are looking for an attorney, DO NOT hire this one.
