Marisol Rodriguez Basulto is an attorney practicing in Dade and Borward counties who is a former prosecutor. The practice in this firm revolves around Family Law exclusively. She is also a member of a second Law firm where she is a partner and the areas of practice there are mainly representing condo associaton. She is a graduate of the University of Miami and NovaBroad Law School and studied in England as well.
As a former Prosecutor in Miami Dade County and spending most of my practice in litigation I work diligently to try to help my client to to seek the best resolution to the family situation. Family and Matrimonial Lawyers need to always keep the best interest of their clients in mind in every step of the case and when children are involved in the case, make sure that the children don't get penalized for their parents litigation. In addition to representing Husbands and Wives I also get appointed to represent Children as a Guardian Ad Litem in Family Law cases.

Used her in a post judgement case. I only wish I would have had her as my attorney during divorce. Very compasionate, knowledgeable and fair, but watch out if you are on the other side. She will fight for you no mater what.

Attorney Rodriguez Basulto took thousands of dollars of my money and then dropped me without reason the day before my final hearing. She is a terrible, terrible attorney who is only interested in herself. If I could give her zero stars I would, but it made me select at least one star before I could...
"I endorse this lawyer. Marisol is an outstanding mediator and family law attorney. She zealously represents her clients while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism. As a mediator, she knows how to help lawyers settle their cases. I highly recommend her both as a lawyer and mediator."
"Ms. Basulto is an excellent, experienced attorney. She is well known and highly regarded in her community and field. Extremely knowledgeable, personable and diligent."
"Ms. Basulto is a excellent and aggressive family law attorney who is highly regarded in the greater Miami area."
"I endorse this lawyer. Marisol is smart and tough. As a former prosecutor she is a no-nonsense advocate. You always know where you stand with her, and I respect that. You can rely on her word and expect honesty and clarity. I've worked on cases with her where she has been an adversary, mediator, and guardian ad litem. I also consider her as a important colleague to share advice and counsel on legal matters we are not directly involved with. She has a terrific sense of humor and gets me laughing every time we speak. But don't ever mistake her humor for levity or weakness or you will be surprised if you do. A fine attorney."
"I referred a client to Mrs. Basulto for a personal family matter and the client was thoroughly impressed with her. My experiences with Mrs. Basulto have shown that she is a fearless, tenacious attorney who represents her clients with the utmost fervor and professionalism."
