Having represented both employees and employers, I understand workplace dynamics from all angles. My journey includes BigLaw experience, co-building a successful employment law firm from scratch while pregnant, and now leading Carpe Diem Law Firm.
Outside the office, I'm a proud mother of three, dedicated to conscious living and personal growth. Since 1996, I've maintained a vegan lifestyle. I am a Second Degree Black Belt in Tae-Kwon-Do. I enjoy tennis, cooking, traveling, writing thought leadership articles, and building meaningful connections through networking.
