David E. Yurkofskyr was recommended to us by acquaintances who spoke of them as a professional. Our company hired the office to help to obtain an H1B visa for our future employer. We received an RFE, the office prepared a reply and as a result, our petition was denied. We believe that the firm's a...pproach was extremely unprofessional, superficial, and irresponsible. I would not recommend contacting this office.

My husband had lost his passport and proof he entered the USA legally over 25 years ago. Using creative lawyering, Mr. Yurkofsky was able to obtain a new I-94 card from USCIS based on school records and affidavits confirming his flight and legal entry to the USA over 25 years ago ! I was then able... to petition for his green card! Moreover, by taking Mr. Yurkofsky's advice, we were able to obtain the full green card-not the typical "conditional green" card, thus saving us from the headache of filing a petition to remove conditions. Thank you Mr. Yurkofsky !!!
