DON'T DO IT. I decided to contact David Yurkofsky over an E3 issue that I was having. At first he was very responsive, friendly, and receptive to my needs, but as time went on and as soon as I made a payment, David was unhelpful and expected me to do most of my own paperwork (what am I paying you tho...usands of dollars for again??). He wouldn't help me set up anything with my business and when I had questions about the visa process his main response was to "google it". He certainly acts like his time is more valuable than yours and when you ask him to answer questions, he is never direct. He eventually did the forms for me, but made several errors which I had to correct him on. Whenever we spoke on the phone, he would reveal personal information about other clients he was working with and his personal life which I found very disturbing and unnecessary. All in all, getting the actual visa was fine, but working with David was an expensive headache that I'm not having again. I would recommend trying elsewhere.
