Lack of information

Received no confirmation of a supposed filing with Immigration even though all charges have been paid. Case thrown on floor under a table when we visited the office in Cary NC. I requested the application number of my case & was told like others that it was done electronically so there is no proof of... submission. I have work with immigration procedures for 20 yrs and the applicant always receives confirmation of third submission either via email, letter the mail. I need info and am getting very tired of being given the runaround. Then rude attitude when questions are asked. Not happy!!
