Raquel Linda Trujillo

Raquel was helping us to refile our E2 application in Toronto Canada in 2024 / 2025. She was a US immigration lawyer working for MVS ( My Visa Source) . MVS is an immigration company in Canada considered by many people to be scammers because of the way they do business. Our experience with Raquel wa...s not good . She presented herself well in the beginning but afrer that everything went downhill. Everything she did was done only under pressure. We would not hear back from her for weeks , super slow. The way it worked I would have to write a bad review out of desperation for MVS and only then Raquel would do something for our E2 application in exchange of me removing that bad review. Like I say she did not care and she was not hiding it I guess it was a temporary gig for her and that is why she did not care at all. She left MVS shortly after. I would not recommend her to anyone. The fact that she worked for a company like MVS says it all about the level of her expertise. She did not care and did not deliver what she had promised .

Raquel guided me from the moment I was undocumented all the way to my citizenship interview. She prepared paperwork for an SIJ visa, green card and naturalization. She went to all the family court hearings and immigration interviews. She made a scary process easier to navigate. I am grateful for her ...expertise.
