I contacted several attorneys to assist me with grandmother's estate planning. Mr. Reding returned my call by the end of the day (the four other attorneys I contacted called back either a day or two later). He was very professional on the phone and let me express my concerns without interrupting or... rushing me. After we spoke for some time Mr. Reding set up an office consultation for me. When I went to his office, it was very presentable and had a whole team of attorneys there as well to assist if needed. During the consultation we furthered reviewed my grandmother's situation and Mr. Reding recommended a plan to follow. During the review I asked in my opinion what I thought was too many questions but Mr. Reding genuinely answered them all. After discussing the way ahead we discussed his fees and terms of payment. To my surprise I thought it was going to be some extraordinary amount, but no. After talking to some of my friends regarding Mr. Reding's costs, they told me it sounds extremely fair. Throughout the process, I was kept abreast of everything through email and phone call, which made me feel very comfortable. I thought I was going to be lost in translation and hear from him whenever he wanted payment. My grandmother means quite a lot to me and to have someone as professional as Mr. Reding take care of her estate was reassuring. I cannot thank him enough for the work he did. Overall I am more than satisfied with his work and professionalism and I hope this review will reassure you that you are making the right choice with him as your attorney for all of your needs.
