Excellent Attorney. Honest and reliable!!
We have no words to express how happy we are to have hired this firm and Mr. Goldstein for my bf defense with Inmigration. After searching and interviewing with a few lawyers in Miami, we decided to stay with them and we have not regrets. With their defense we could vacate a criminal record from 1998...

Do not go to Goldstein
I called to schedule Pozo whom I knew from prior case with exellent results. Today when I went in I was greeted by Goldstein (IDK why) but the guy was uninterested, overpriced and careless to the point of not even asking the specs of the case. Came across as money seeking and nothing else. He came i...
Dear Anonymous: I will do my best to address your issues although it would have helped for you to identify yourself so I could check our records of your visit. Because your feedback is anonymous, I can only respond in general. Every client consultation I conduct, which are always free of consultation fees, is detailed where I learn the complexities of a prospective client's case and provide the client with a plan going forward if something can be done to help. Of course, there are some instances where we cannot assist a prospective client or the better option for the client is to do nothing. I mention the cost of legal services when the prospective client asks or at the end of the free consultation. You were scheduled with me because Ms. Pozo had an urgent matter and was out of town for at least a week. Our record in helping clients with their immigration matters speaks for itself and one only has to look at the other AVVO reviews as evidence that we are one of the premier immigration law firms. We pride ourselves on the work performed and our customer service. Your description of the free consultation you had with me is not accurate. If for some reason, your perception of the consultation was as you describe, then I am sorry you perceived things the way you did. All the best to you. -- Steve Goldstein P.S.I do, however, appreciate that you approve of our office improvements.

"Steven is a highly qualified and successful deportation defense attorney. His career is distinguished in what he has accomplished and how effective he is as an advocate. I highly recommend him and his firm for any immigration work."
"I have worked closely with Mr. Goldstein on a wide variety of immigration cases as his paralegal before I attended law school. Because of his professionalism, patience, and attentiveness to clients, he was a great mentor for me. I often assisted Mr. Goldstein with intake appointments, where he treated clients courteously, and candidly explained their options for proceeding. I believe that he has a sincere desire to help clients, and he has an extensive knowledge of immigration law which allows him to effectively guide clients through oftentimes daunting legal processes. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Goldstein."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Great counsel. Experience both as a member of the private bar and as a prosecuter with ICE."
"Steve is a great friend and even better lawyer. I have referred countless cases to Steve where I need his expert advice in handling my non-citizen client's criminal cases. As a former prosecutor with Homeland Security, I have complete confidence that with him on board I am effectively and competently representing my client. I am on the phone with him at least 2-3 times a week either seeking his advice or referring him a client. I would recommend Steve without hesitation to attorneys, and clients who have criminal immigration issues."
