Even though I worked with and for attorneys for 20+ years, I have never encountered an attorney with such a compassionate demeanor and stellar professionalism. I dealt with an angry narcissistic ex-husband for 15 years that drug me into court every other month to maintain control over every aspect o...f my life, and I depleted my entire savings on attorney's fees with miserable outcomes. Although I knew Scott through mutual local circles, it didn't occur to me to retain his legal services. When I finally retained him this year, he literally gave me my life back with his expertise in relocation. Retaining Scott was the best decision I could have made! His depo and trial skills are completely thorough and beyond compare. Let me start by saying that Scott Brook is an exceptional lawyer who I would highly recommend. My case was unique and complicated as it involved years of history, previous representation and the fact that I live out of state. Picking an attorney off the Internet added to my challenge, actually gettin...g one to respond was challenge enough; yet Scott did respond and after our initial consultation I retained his services. He represented me very well. With my glowing recommendation you would think I won my case, yet I did not. Although Mr. Brook helped me resolve several financial issues with my ex, the overall outcome wasn’t determined until the judge reversed a previous ruling of her own following months of good faith efforts based on her previous directives. That judge has since been removed from the bench. One could not have foreseen this coming and thus any injustice or setbacks were not a result of my representation. From the outset Mr. Brook was excellent at communicating with me. He was very responsive to my emails, rarely letting even a day go by without a response. We scheduled phone consultations and he was always prompt and never canceled; not even once. He assisted me in avoiding mediation, resolved outstanding financial issues, made recommendations that I could live with, dealt honestly both with myself and opposing counsel (oc), and continually pressed the ever stalling oc to responses. Documents needing to be filed were done so in a timely and appropriate manner. He made no excuses while the oc made plenty. Even a national tragedy did not deter him from representing me properly. His demeanor in court was both respectful and professional. His approach to dealing with oc was to be amicable until something sterner was necessary; yet he never wandered into inappropriate. Perhaps what was most significant was Mr Brook’s ability to be a calm and steady voice in a difficult and emotional case. Anyone dealing with divorce involving children knows what I am referring to. I am extremely grateful to Scott and his staff for their professional yet personal approach to dealing with my legal matters. While competent legal counsel is always costly, Scot's fees were reasonable considering the level of service and expertise he brought to my case.  If someone is looking for an unscrupulous  attorney with a "win at all cost" attitude, look elsewhere.  However if you are looking for honest, experienced, principled and professional representation to walk with you each step of the way, advocating for you vigorously, Mr. Brook is perfect for the job. Again, I highly recommend his services. 

Honestly,the best lawyer you can find.I hired Scott for my divorce issues and i can tell from the bottom of my heart that was the best decision of my life.I found him not just like an excellent lawyer but a lot more then that.I found a friend,a person that is doing more then his job,so supportive,so ...open....so dedicated.....so available for my needs.I found him so much involved and so dedicated to my case and that gave me so much confidence.....he’s competence and he’s knowledges are not questionable.....I highly recommend Scott for everybody......the way he fight for my case,the way he put he’s competence and the way he made a complicated case so easy makes me share this experience...More then that,he’s surrounded by great people like Carmen,Arlene,Roberta and everybody hwo is working in that office....so,don’t think twice when you need a great lawyer.
