Biography
I love practicing family law and help clients and their families create a new future. I know that those needing a family law attorney are often going through the worst time of their life. My caring staff and I are here to help you navigate through an imperfect process with strong advocacy and empathy. My clients have my cell phone number and I am easily accessible despite my second job as the Mayor of Coral Springs.
While I am an imperfect man, attorney and Dad, I am committed to others' well-being and peace of mind. It is a blessing to have the opportunity to help my clients and their children create new possibilities and attempt to have closure after the transition through the divorce process.
Because of Covid, I have also developed a digital/virtual practice and can meet my clients through electronic means without requiring them to come to my office.

Beware of all the little costs that add up!
I found him to be very charming, very calm and collected. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about Child custody cases. He was vey sharp; however, he led me to believe he could help me with my case for no more than $4000 more or less, and in the end, not only did I lose the case, but he took the $400...

Replied last October 21, 2021Dear Anonymous, We always invite honest and open conversations and love to help committed parents with their child custody matters. We do charge for our time, including emails and phone calls as was explained in the retainer agreement. We also were unable to provide you with a flat fee arrangement as your matter was contested. As such, we are unable to provide anything more than an estimate of the costs of litigated cases. When we first meet with a client, we are not aware of how litigious the other side might be nor how quickly an agreement might be reached. We wish you and your family the best in your future.
