I was referred to Scott's service through another lawyer in my network. From the initial meeting, Scott presented confidence, concern and expertise in supporting me through the divorce process. I have used Scott's services twice. First I had to amend a parenting plan then had to petition for a relocation. This wasn't exactly anything I had experience with but learned that the following makes all the difference in the world when you are going through this and what to look for in an lawyer: ... 1. Experience. I am an example kind of person and Scott was able to give me various scenarios which he had experience with to help guide me through the process. He was very confident that although my situation was unique that he had the background to help me prevail. His solutions were creative at times but they totally worked and you can only do that if you've been through a lot. 2. Communication. Both times I was able to communicate with him freely and truly felt that he listened and came up with great solutions to both of my situations. All of my calls and e-mails were responded to promptly and thoroughly. They guide you through the entire process and always show an incredible amount of patience and professionalism. I had a lot of questions! 3. Friendliness: Everyone in the office gives you that same vibe and that was very important to me because the situation is stressful enough. Anything involving a family is going to be challenging but Scott and his team really know what they're doing. I could not be happier with the way my relocation was settled and I don't wish for anyone to have to go through what I had to go through but I wouldn't recommend anyone else besides him!

Scott was everything I heard about and more. He was knowledgeable, experienced and really educated me on the process. Scott, I wanted to take out the time to express to you how appreciative I am of you and your team throughout this rough time in my life.  The magistrate's ruling was unjust, and opposing counsel may feel that they won the fight but we know that God has final say and this battle is ours.  I strongl...y believe that everything happens for a reason and although we may not know what the reasons are now, they will certainly be revealed in due time. Three years ago when my husband served me with divorce papers my 14 yr old was afraid to speak his mind, while my 12 year old is very observant but never spoke her mind, and my  9 yrs. old not understanding what was going on.  Now, I am happy to say that my 17 yrs. old and is able to express how he feels and speak his mind to his Dad, My15 yrs. old and able to express how she feels to anyone without any reservations, and lastly my 12 yrs. old and has an understanding of what is going on even though he's having a little difficulty coping with the separation.  Although this time in my life has been rough and trying, I must say I could not have dealt with it as I’ve been able to and kept my sanity without the awesome people in my life which includes you and everyone on your team…you all are truly God sent.  All I can say is thank you!
