Mario Theodore helped me with my Foreclosure and kept me up to date with everything. However, I had a second mortgage which turned into a judgement and when I sought help from him several times it was completely ignored until it turned into a wage garnishment and then I was charged $1500. I decline...d because I felt if he was more knowledgeable about the law he would have advised me earlier so I could avoid the wage garnishment and he wouldn't have charged me so much when I was already paid him a retainer and a monthly fee to defend my foreclosure. I believe he is a nice person but would I recommend him as an attorney, knowledgeable about the law? You decide.
