The Florida Department of Law Enforcement ("FDLE") charged client ("Friendly Person") with violating law enforcement standards for improperly exhibiting a firearm on one or more occasions. Friendly Per ... son used the butt of their pistol to try and break the glass of a vehicle to rescue a grandchild that was in harm's way. Any possible criminal charges had previously been dismissed. However, the state licensing authority, through their counsel sought to revoke Friendly Person's license for those actions. After almost a-year-and-a-half, a full-day administrative hearing/trial was held before an Administrative Law Judge.
