Biography
Josh graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, and is a member of the Florida Bar. Josh is admitted to practice in Florida state courts and in federal court in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. In addition to a Juris Doctor degree, Josh also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Josh Fenton is an FAA-licensed Airline Transport Pilot with type ratings in HS-125, CE-500 aircraft, and Experimental Jet Authorization for BA-167 aircraft. Josh has accumulated over 5,000 hours of flight time as a professional pilot for corporate jet operators, fractional jet operators, and on-demand air carriers. Josh is a former Certified Flight Instructor with single-engine, multi-engine, and instrument instructor ratings. Josh has experience in a wide variety of aircraft, including corporate jet aircraft, surplus military jet aircraft, helicopters, and airships. Currently, Josh represents pilots and other aviation professionals in FAA enforcement actions. Josh has served as the Director of Safety and Regulatory Compliance for a worldwide air carrier, and has developed policies and procedures governing flight operations, various FAA-Approved manual systems, and IS-BAO Safety Management Systems.
