Chad Evan Levy

I dealt mostly with Mr. Levy's assistant, Jillian. From start to finish, I was convinced and communicated with his firm that I didn't believe they understood the scope of my case. One disjointed and confused E-mail response after another from Jillian only confirmed my fear. I expressed my desire to f...ind another attorney who would familiarize him/herself with the details of my employment situation. Low and behold, Levy finally took the opportunity to reach out to me/introduce himself. He said if I backed out, he'd be forced to put a lien on my file. I stuck it out and foolishly trusted that, in spite of their repeated examples of failing to grasp the scope, they'd miraculously represent my case fairly and accurately anyway. When it was all said and done, Levy failed me. He did not grasp the scope, and only represented a small fraction of the reason I hired him. He is either negligent or incompetent. I can't decide which. In either case, judging these reviews is starting to reveal a pattern. I do not recommend this attorney.

Mr. Levy had never met me. I talked with the females in the office only. Mr. Levy only called me once in 9 months he was not professional would not even schedule a meeting. He never gave me a chance to state my case or even show any interest. I wasted so much time think he was working on my case. He... show me no Lawyer skills at all. Run Forrest Run ! Find another lawyer ASAP.

We found Attorney Chad Levy via an internet search and received very very bad service. We put our trust into Levy and Levy, PA to help us with a very sensitive matter against a company and the main thing we were fighting for which was not being paid for hours worked, he never addressed. To make mat...ter worst, we didn't know it wasn't addressed to until he decided to drop us as clients a couple months later. We mainly had contact with Diane which got to the point of ignoring out calls and emails. We felt like a burden to this firm than clients. We only spoke to Chad after he dismissed us. He refused to subpoena information, refused to share all information from the company or never really asked to information from the company. When I finally spoke to him to understand why we were dismissed, he treated us like he was going to file charges against me for asking. Not pleasant. We wasted time thinking we had someone to help us. Very upsetting to spend months with a lawyer and think we are about to file charge and go to court, per Diane, only to be treated this way! And not clear why!

I was referred to Mr. Levy by another attorney, and it was worth the referral. I had been calling around to different attorneys regarding a legal matter and I was left with the best "gut instinct" after speaking to Mr. Levy and his office. I had found that other attorneys would either immediately ta...lk about a low retainer few, or discuss outlandish settlement amounts, both of which seemed like I was getting canned "new client" answers just to be brought on board. During our initial phone consultation Mr. Levy discussed legal strategy, next actions, and presented me with different options which was immediately reassuring. Mr. Levy's office staff has been polite, knowledgeable, and timely with their responses. I understand that courts and our legal system do not move fast, and the whole process takes time and moves at its own speed.; "hurry up, then wait" to use a military term. I had a few stressful moments like any other party to a lawsuit and when those happened Mr. Levy's office was kind enough to take a few moments out of their busy day to answer me even if just to say, "Yes, everything is fine and moving along as planned." I've always received a call back or reply to my emails within a business day - which if you've ever had to deal with an attorney's office before you'll know that kind of response time is VERY rare. I understand why Mr. Levy came so highly recommended from other attorneys, and I'm glad I talked to his office before agreeing to get representation from another office. I highly, highly recommend contacting them for any legal matter!

Went in to attempt to make an appointment for a potential case I have and never even made it long enough to speak to the lawyer before I left because of the rude office staff. All 3 women I interacted with had attitudes for no reason, I was simply they're on a good day hoping to find an attorney to r...epresent me. In a market flooded with so many attorneys, I highly recommend just going in looking for another attorney. Anyone who surrounds himself with this type of staff likely isn't worth your time.
