In a right-to-work state like Florida employees don't have much recourse in employment matters, as the law favors the employer. However,... under federal guidelines, one is entitled to paid overtime work and it was under these guidelines that Mr. Levy took up my case. I hired Mr. Levy for an employment discrimination claim. After about one year, Mr. Levy insisted that I did not have a claim and insisted I sign a release. A few days ago, a class action suit was brought against this same company for the same infraction I was claiming. Mr. Levy is a terrible attor...ney. Never understood my case.
