Chad and Diane were wonderful when it came to my wrongful termination and unpaid overtime issues with a difficult employer Diane was more then someone who takes info for Chad she actually made me feel like this firm cared & during my difficult situation that mattered. I was able to get in touch with ...them easily always returned my calls & was more then professional .Chad went to bat for me in timely matter & I had a check in a very short time. I say hire this firm and sit back and relax &rest assure you are in good hands.I will definetly hire Levy & Levy again if such issues arise BTW..this was my second case he handled and same results remarkable..so they are my lawyers for life. For anyone who is looking for an excellent attorney, I would strongly recommend Levy & Levy, P.A. I'd been using them to help me resolved legal matters since 2013. I recently hired Chad Levy to work on a case for me and he was as great as his brother Bryan Levy who worked on a case for me in 2013. Th...ese guys and their staffs are all very good and getting your case settle in a reasonable time. What I really like about them is that they have great communication with their clients and return phone calls and emails themselves on a timely bases. Keep up the great work guys, good communication is the key to be successful and any business.

Before I was referred to Chad Levy by a friend, I spoke to two other lawyers that totally wasted my time and delayed everything. After I met Chad Levy for the first time I knew I was in very good hands and very happy he took the case. Him and his staff have been extremely knowledgeable, professiona...l, and always took the time to explain everything in great detail. I always got a response to my emails or calls in a timely manner. I was always given the choice in which direction we should precede with the case (with his professional guidance). He was always available to explain anything about the case I was concerned or didn’t fully understand. I’m very satisfied with the outcome of the case and how everything worked out in my favor. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has any issues with unpaid overtime or has been wrongfully terminated (my situation).

I dealt mostly with Mr. Levy's assistant, Jillian. From start to finish, I was convinced and communicated with his firm that I didn't believe they understood the scope of my case. One disjointed and confused E-mail response after another from Jillian only confirmed my fear. I expressed my desire to f...ind another attorney who would familiarize him/herself with the details of my employment situation. Low and behold, Levy finally took the opportunity to reach out to me/introduce himself. He said if I backed out, he'd be forced to put a lien on my file. I stuck it out and foolishly trusted that, in spite of their repeated examples of failing to grasp the scope, they'd miraculously represent my case fairly and accurately anyway. When it was all said and done, Levy failed me. He did not grasp the scope, and only represented a small fraction of the reason I hired him. He is either negligent or incompetent. I can't decide which. In either case, judging these reviews is starting to reveal a pattern. I do not recommend this attorney.
