Alexandria Suarez

Alexandria Suarez, Esq. handles a variety of civil and commercial matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation of contractual disputes; family law matters such as divorce and modification of alimony and/or child support;, and health care provider defense against Medicaid and/or Medicare audits, fraud claims, and licensing issues.  

Ms. Suarez is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, the U.S. District Court of Southern Florida, and the U.S. District Court of Colorado. She recently received a 2019 Lawyer of Distinction award in civil litigation, and was a 2016 recipient of Avvo's Client Choice Award in health law. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, the Cuban american Bar Association, the Federalist Society, Phi Alpha Delta, the South Dade Chamber of Commerce, the Upee Keys Chamber of Commerce, and the Key West Chamber of Commerce. She also serves as an annual guest speaker on behalf of the Miami Dade Commission on Ethics and Public Trust on ethical governance. Ms. Suarez earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2015 from St. Thomas University School of Law, Cum laude.
