Felicia Beth Kaufman

When I got injured, I followed all the rules with WC. I had no idea what I was doing and was left like a mouse on a wheel. I hired Felicia and things started to happen immediately...no more wheels. I got in to see a specialist and got the help I needed. If I asked for something of my doctor asked for... something it was handled immediately or Felicia was on it. I cannot recommend Felicia strongly enough if it weren't for her I would still be playing games with WC and getting no where.... Felicia thank you so much for everything you did for me!!!!

Felicia helped me back in 2009 with a claim on my knee. It was a great outcome in my favor. She is not an easy lawyer and does not sugar coat anything. She is bruttally honest and she doesn't take bull from you or them. The truth is hard to hear sometimes. She does do her job and I trust her to keep ...her clients best interest in mind. The " run from her " comment I'm sure comes from a drama quenn type of client who needs thier hand held and needs to be lied to inorder to stay happy. She doesn't like to meet, I agree but probably because she doesn't need to make you drive out to her. If you want to talk she will talk on the phone. I went to Puerto Rico when we had a mediation to do. Good thing she like to do phone because I was on loud speaker. Look if she came to coral Gables when I was in another mediation she would have to charge me for travel, so good thing she cuts her cost when she can. I have another issue with another job now (2013 april) and I called her back. There is no other lawyer do I trust......
