Felicia helped me back in 2009 with a claim on my knee. It was a great outcome in my favor. She is not an easy lawyer and does not sugar coat anything. I went to Puerto Rico when we had a mediation to do. Good thing she like to do phone because I was on loud speaker. Look if she came to coral Gables when I was in another mediation she would have to charge me for travel, so good thing she cuts her cost when she can. I have another issue with another job now (2013 april) and I called her back. There is no other lawyer do I trust......
