Relationship: Supervised lawyer
I have been a Florida Board Certified Criminal Trail Attorney since 1995 with 31 years criminal trial experience, and served as the Chief Assistant Public Defender and supervising attorney for felony trial attorneys in Brevard County, of which Ms Travis was one. I have know Ms. Travis professionally for several years, co-tried a first degree murder trial with her, and I am very familiar with her work. Ms. Travis is an extremely bright, talented and experienced litigator. She established a successful criminal defense practice in Kansas before moving to Florida and joining the Public Defender's Office, and has recently opened a criminal trial practice here in Brevard County, Florida. Ms. Travis has earned a solid reputation in this area as an excellent litigator. I would therefore highly recommend Ms. Travis to anyone seeking to retain skilled, competent criminal trial counsel.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I have known Jessica Travis for the past 7 years. We first met when I was a prosecutor in and she was a public defender in the same courtroom. As opposing counsel, Jessica was very easy to work with because she was professional and forthright. It was very evident that Jessica cared deeply for her clients. She was always organized and prepared. Jessica has distinguished herself in both the public and private sectors as a skilled and competent attorney. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for representation in criminal defense or personal injury.
