John Vernon Moore

Attorney John Vernon Moore was raised in Melbourne, Florida, where he attended high school at West Shore Junior/Senior High School. John went on to graduate from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science graduating magna cum laude and as a USF Honors College graduate. After completing his undergraduate degree in only 3 years, John immediately pursued his legal education at Nova Southeastern University College of Law, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

John has been awarded the Rebecca Knox Public Interest Fellowship based on his public interest legal work focusing on the areas of federal class action lawsuits under the Fair Housing Act, federal tax matters, and family law issues. John is also a recipient of the Larry Kalevitch Award for Business and Bankruptcy Law and a Florence Bayuk Trust recipient.

Attorney Moore is licensed to practice law in all Florida State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Tax Court, United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.

He is also a member of The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Brevard County Bar Association, the Brevard County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, and Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity. Attorney Moore is also a former member of the Vassar B. Carlton American Inn of Court and volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem for the 18th Judicial Circuit.

John represents clients on a variety of issues, including but not limited to, personal injury, appeals, general litigation, family law, criminal law matters, bankruptcy (chapter 7), wills and estate planning, and probate cases.
