I personally brought several legal situations to Joseph's attention to seek council as the best route to take to protect myself and my family. The first was a situation where the mother of my child was entertaining moving within a 50 mile radius however there were some concerns for the well being of ...my child I needed addressed. Joe reviewed my parenting plan from my mediation and divorce and pointed me to the FL state law that gave me the moral and appropriate right to refuse having my son commute such a distance and enter into an environment he just wasn't ready for at such a young age. It made me feel like I was able to help my son knowing the law and having representation standing by. The second case was an individual who unlawfully accessed personal information via a social media site and was threatening to expose certain aspects of my life that I did not give permission.
