Several years ago I had an issue that was successfully handled by Rachel Bachand. So when this issue arose,naturally I came back to Bachand & Bachand. This issue was handled by Joseph Bachand. My wife cosigned a student loan for her daughter for nursing school. Her daughter fell into poor health and... was unable to pay back the loan. She subsequently passed away., The loan company then began a relentless pursuit of my wife for payment. When it was found my wife was unable to pay, the loan was passed on to another bill collector, again and again. Each one nastier than the last. Finally she received notice of a judgement hearing.
