We were sued by our landlord after we left our home in broom swept condition. Our landlord claimed we failed to give notice for our deposit and damaged his property. We were very surprised as we had walked through the property with the landlord prior to vacating. As such, we had no photographs of the... condition of the property. We hired Mr. Bachand.
