Attorney Emily A. Ogden is a 2010 graduate of the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and a 2007 graduate of Elon University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and Rhetoric and a minor in Criminal Justice. Ms. Ogden was admitted to the Florida Bar in April 2011, the Federal Court and the Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida in February of 2012, and the Federal Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida in December of 2016.
Attorney Ogden has been practicing law for over 10 years, and has practiced in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, mortgage loan modifications, real estate loan closings, and family law. Her current practice is mainly Family Law, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, child support, modifications, and domestic violence injunctions.
Ms. Ogden is a western New York native, and has lived in Florida for over 14 years. She currently resides in Cocoa in Brevard County with her husband, two dogs, two cats, and two turtles. She has been an active member of the Molly Roger Rollergirls flat-track roller derby team in Melbourne, as well as the Indian River Rugby Club women's rugby team in Vero Beach.

Divorce and child custody.
Emily, helped out by getting me through a hard divorce and child custody issue. She was so so helpful and understanding and alot of things. In the out come we won the case and I have full soul custody of my child.
