Great Attorney!!!!!!!!!!

I had an issue with an old debt stemming back to my divorce. American Express obtained a judgement against me, which would have enabled them to garnish my wages and take my bank accounts. I hired Mr. Daley and he negotiated a settlement with Am/Ex that was incredible. He had the judgement removed and the matter is closed. Mr. Daley was kind, fast and efficient. His legal fees were surprising low. I highly recommend this attorney. He was the best choice for resolving my problem. Thank you so much!

Paul F. Daley is a United States Airforce veteran who retired from military service after 21 years of active duty. Mr. Daley practices in the areas of bankruptcy law and debt resolution. Focusing on chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy.

A member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Mr. Daley was graduated summa cum laude by Columbia College, with dual bachelor of science degrees in Business Management and Computer Information Systems. He was awarded a juris doctorate by Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Daley was admitted to the Florida Bar and to the District of Columbia Bar.

Mr. Daley stays active in the Brevard community, Mr. Daley has been a member of the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce, and BNI FOCUS Chapter in Melbourne, FL. Awesome Attorney

Paul and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, I faced a rough patch in my life and Paul helped me through it, Paul was always available by email kept us in touch about our case regularly. We would recommend Paul to anybody.

Outstanding Bankruptcy Attorney
