Paul F. Daley is a United States Airforce veteran who retired from military service after 21 years of active duty. Mr. Daley practices in the areas of bankruptcy law and debt resolution. Focusing on chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy.
A member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Mr. Daley was graduated summa cum laude by Columbia College, with dual bachelor of science degrees in Business Management and Computer Information Systems. He was awarded a juris doctorate by Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Daley was admitted to the Florida Bar and to the District of Columbia Bar.
Mr. Daley stays active in the Brevard community, Mr. Daley has been a member of the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce, and BNI FOCUS Chapter in Melbourne, FL. His professional memberships include The Florida Bar, The District of Columbia Bar, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, American Bar Association, Brevard County Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
Mr. Daley was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has called Florida home since leaving the military.

I had an issue with an old debt stemming back to my divorce. American Express obtained a judgement against me, which would have enabled them to garnish my wages and take my bank accounts. Awesome Attorney
