My state certified general contracting company was accused falsely by a client and falsely accused by a detective in Melbourne by the name of Harry Bermudez detective, I hired this attorney, the minute. I was arrested and he said he could put this to bed because it was not true. He knew the prosecut...ing attorney all he had to do was make a phone call and he insisted on being paid $5000 in cash with a $1000 retainer, and the next day when I called him and asked him, is it all over? Is it done? Did you get ahold of the person? He said? Oh no I couldn't get ahold of them. So now you've been arrested and you have to go through the court system. I told him that's not what we agreed upon. I want my money back. He wouldn't my full amount back. He said it cost him $500 to do nothing. This gentleman and his firm are useless. I'm learning that about a lot of Melbourne attorneys they're just con artists, and they hour you to death. This individual also when I met with him was not right mind. I'm not sure what his issue was, but he was very sketchy. I would not advise anybody to talk to this man or to this firm , not unless they wanna be lied to and ripped off
