I am a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist representing people primarily for personal injuries and insurance disputes.  Board Certification is the hightest recognition of a lawyers ability as recognized by the Florida Bar.  As of 2006, less than 1.5% of Florida Lawyers are board certified in civil trial law.
