Exceptional Legal Service

My wife and I met with Mr. Bowin to help modify our mortgage and stop the foreclosure on our home. After meeting with him and other attorneys, we were confident that Mr. Bowin was the attorney that could best help us. Apparently we made t right decision. Mr. Bowin was able to modify our mortgage a...nd have our foreclosure case dismissed. HIs staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend Mr. Bowin and his firm to anyone seeking to lower thei mortgage payments and save their homes. Top notch legal service.

Thank you, Jennifer and John for your kind remarks. The best part of my job is learning that we were able to help someone save their home. It's why i stopped working for the banks and started representing homeoowners. I wish you and you husband all the best. Beau

I knew it....I hope ears are perking up now and see I'm not the only one with this claim!

Seeing the previous review I couldn't believe what I was reading...This is exactly what happened to us. I said those exact words to Mr. Bowin about dropping the ball in our case. Anyone who is even considering hiring this firm for a foreclosure case please do your research. I have a full binder of th...ings that I sure wished I found before hiring him in 2010, paying a total of $3500.00 and asking them for help to save our home because things I'm alleging that they didn't do cost us our home to auction. A judgment against us for the deficit and the $3000. we ended up needing to pay out to hire a team to help stop the mess that wasn't done for us from May 2010 - January 2013. This is/has been a nightmare and I hope that more clients will come forward and post the reviews good or bad. I know they made my husband and I feel like we just had to accept the facts that he did what was outlined on the contract so go ahead and make complaints to who ever we wanted but the facts still remain we signed the contract, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Do your research and lets stop funding that elaborate wedding thats all over the internet to his "paralegal" not an assistant! Amazing how much your willing fight when you have nothing left to loose. What was done to us is not ok and I will make someone hear me that this isn't just about a foreclosure case gone wrong. This is my kids, my husband and my reality now.

Stephanie, I know this was posted anonymously, but based on your comments I know its you. I will not get into the details of your case, because client confidentiallity precludes me from divulging too much, even to defend myself against these types of negative comments. Suffice it to say, we did in fact get a modification of your mortgage and I advised you that it was your best chance of saving your home. I advised you that if you did not take the modification, you would not get another offer and you would lose your home. You chose to reject my advice and reject the modification. I understand you wanted something better. I may have wanted something better too. The problem is that it's not my call. I can't force the bank to give you anything better than the offer they gave you. After you rejected the offer, the bank had no choice but to continue the foreclosure action. They were entitled to their judgment, and nothing could be done to stop the sale. After the judgment, we had no grounds to stop the sale. We could have charged you to try, but that would done nothing but put money in my pocket. Despite your comments above, I am not in the business of taking client's money for something I cannot reasonably accomplish. The firm you hired to "stop the mess" was KEL. I'm sure you paid them a pretty penny, but ultimately they couldn't stop the sale. The Judge denied their motion to cancel the sale, which is exactly what any ethical attorney would have advised you was going to happen at the outset, instead of charging you thousands of dollars. I have done nothing but give you the best advice I can to save your home. I understand you did not want to take my advice, and that you wanted something better, but that was not my call. There was nothing more I(or anyone) could do for you. By the way, since you suggest to other clients to review us before hiring us, you should do the same with regards to KEL. Just type KEL into your Google browser. Then maybe you will see that I was the only one advising you in your best interest, while someone else was trying to talk you into paying thousands of dollars for something they should have known they couldn't accomplish. I welcome anyone to research my track record. I've counseled more than 4,000 Brevard Families regarding their financial difficulties. Except for your post and 1 other (which may also be you), I've had no bad reviews! Compare that to any other attorney anywhere with the same number of representations, and my record will speak for itself. We get more modifications and short-sales than any other firm in town. You won't find any law office that cares more about their clients than we do. I sincerely wish you the best for you and your family. I'm sorry things didn't work out the way you hoped, but rest assured I did the best I could and advised you in your best interest. Beau

Great Service and results

I hired Bowin Law Group for foreclosure defense to stop the foreclosure on my property in Melbourne, Florida. We actually got a modification that made it easier for me to afford the mortgage and keep the home. Its being rented, but the rent now covers the mortgage payments, so i am not losing money... every month like i was before. I alos used Bowin Law to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy. Everything went just as Mr. Bowin told me it was. It was actually a pretty painless process. Mostly a lot of paperwork up front, but Mr. Bowin's staff was great at helping me through that process. After the paperwork was filed, it was pretty smooth sailing. I'm in a much better financial position now and my credit is already starting to repair. It was much better that I expected. I sleep much better knowing that no one can garnish my wages and my bank accounts.

Mr. Bowin got my mortgage modified with a reduced principal balance

After attempting to modify my mortgage for two years, the bank filed a foreclosure on my home. I hired Bowin Law Group to defend the foreclosure and help me modify my mortgage. Worked like a charm. After retaining Mr. Bowin, the bank finally took me seriously and modified my mortgage. The bank c...ut $52k off of my mortgage principal and lowered my rate to 3.75%. It was unbelievable. I will never forget the help the Mr. Bowin and his staff provided. They were all wonderful and I highly, highly recommend them to anyone.

Dan, I am especially excited about some of the principal reduction modifications we've received recently. In the past, the major banks NEVER reduced the principal balance on loans. We've been fortunate to get quite a few principal reduction modifications recently. Suprisingly, Bank of America has really stepped up recently to give some very favorable modifications. We wish you and your family all the best. Please let me know if we can be of any assistance in the future, although I hope you never need us again. Beau
