About me

Mr. Regan has tried construction and complex business cases before juries, judges and arbitrators for over thrity years.  He recently tried a case for six weeks and won a significant victory, the longest case tried in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Regan's practice is not limited to Jacksonville, but also spans the State of Florida.  Because of his experience and reputation, he most often is able to resolve disputes without the necessity of trial.  However, unlike many litigation lawyers, he has the experience and ability to try even the most difficult case to successful conclusion.
