The attorney you need on your side for a landlord vs tenant / eviction case. The elapsed time between retaining Irene to disposition of the case was less than a month. I use numerous attorneys for different aspects of my businesses and normally don't write reviews; but felt like I needed to this time. I'm an experienced landlord, but have no experience with evictions. Living in Miami and dealing with an eviction in Orlando is painful. I thought I was handling everything the right way - 3 day notice, followed by a 15 days to vacate notice; but was ultimately getting nowhere in trying to evict the tenants myself. She was not able to handle my divorce after she charged me almost 3k. Was not willing to take the court to trial because apperantly that wasn’t necessary. I literally had to pay another lawyer in the state that my ex husband sew me because she didn’t do her job correctly. Unprofessional, uneducated, rude.
