Terrific Landlord & Tenant Attorney

The attorney you need on your side for a landlord vs tenant / eviction case. The elapsed time between retaining Irene to disposition of the case was less than a month. I use numerous attorneys for different aspects of my businesses and normally don't write reviews; but felt like I needed to this t...ime. I'm an experienced landlord, but have no experience with evictions. Living in Miami and dealing with an eviction in Orlando is painful. I thought I was handling everything the right way - 3 day notice, followed by a 15 days to vacate notice; but was ultimately getting nowhere in trying to evict the tenants myself. Irene's help made it a breeze. I spoke to several attorneys prior to talking with Irene on the phone. To start, her consultation was free (which is rear) and she was far more affordable than the others. The last thing you need is to spend more than you have to on attorney fees considering the eviction process, court fees and non-paying tenants will all hurt your pockets. Irene was informative, confident, and clearly outlined her plan of action. During mediation, which is generally regarded as an unproductive pre-trial; Irene was able to successfully negotiate having the tenants vacate within a week, while recovering my unpaid rents. Irene is also very personable. Prior to mediation, my wife and I had a pleasant 45 minute conversation with Irene outside the courtroom. But once we stepped into the mediation room against the tenants, Irene's entire demeanor changed and that's what you pay an attorney for! I'm very pleased, will 100% use again and I strongly recommend Irene Pons.
