I just wanted to thank you for taking the time and explaining options. However limited or fruitless they may be, your response and time given are both truly appreciated. This has been the bleakest season I can recall facing in my 37 years, much of it being closed doors and endless, automated, cold sh...oulders or refusals of help in a landscape I don’t have a compass for. I can understand based on the information you were kind enough to give and with understanding, I can move on knowing the odds stay stacked against the poor and/or afflicted. I posted a question on Avvo about a probate situation. The law office handling my relative’s estate was not communicating much with me. Mr. Gunthert gave me a clear and helpful answer to my question. I had a number of follow-up questions (about the requirements for a final accounting, etc), and he to...ok the time to thoroughly answer each one. I would have hired Mr. Gunthert if the law office handling the estate had not started responding to my concerns (fortunately, they finally did). He communicates clearly and is empathetic… it’s clear that he cares about people and is devoted to his profession.

Mr. Gunthert was one of the attorneys that answered my question on Avvo. I liked his response and contacted him for a consultation. and asked for his representation. He went above and beyond what was required to make sure my Florida Probates'; i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed, which is very... important in Florida. Mr. Gunthert took the time to thoroughly explain all my options. Then he asked the pertinent questions he needed answered to provide what he considered would be the best option for my situation. With a thorough explanation on why he felt that way, I was very confident in his suggestion. The truth is, while Mr. Gunthert’s suggestion was great for my situation, it was not the best option for his bottom line. But I don’t think that mattered. It seemed Mr. Gunthert was more concerned with my welfare than his own. I am not saying Mr. Gunthert works for free, he would go out of business. What I contend is that he will always; always; suggest what is in the best interest of his client. That is how all businesses should be. But this is so rare nowadays, and I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the services I received from Phillip William Gunthert, Esq.

Phillip William Gunthert has taken the time to answer some of my very difficult and confusing questions about a very convoluted probate case on his own time and without earning any fees. He is honest, forthright and cares. His knowledge of the law is excellent and his feedback top notch. I have atten...ded law school but am not an attorney and my sister is an attorney however not in the state in question. We needed guidance and he provided it.
