I wish I could give this firm 0 stars. The people who work for Bill are nice, but Bill himself is the rudest person I have ever paid to work on my case. Their firm is incompetent. I hired this firm to work on two separate cases, one which was an auto accident case, they dropped it automatically as so...on as the other company refused to pay simply because they didn't want to put any effort into the case, I hired a different lawyer and I ended up winning. I should have dropped my other case with this firm to see the incompetence but due to the reviews I gave them a shot, what a nightmare. They're extremely incompetent, I had to remind them to keep me updated all the time, they broke their confedienciality agreement (accidentally!) and in any disagreement Bill would call me to raise his voice at me and tell me how wrong I am. The lawyer personality never goes away, he's right, you're wrong and shut up, that's kinda what it was to work with this firm (even though I was the paying customer) Every time I complained that I would never hear from them, he would get offended and start arguing with me in a very rude manner. I would honestly not trust a man with such temper and delicate pride to represent me in a courtroom.

I cannot recommend the Umansky Law firm highly enough. Our family has used their services multiple times for different legal needs. You never feel rushed or that you are getting minimum support – what you get is a team of dedicated people who are looking out for your interests 100% of the time. Ou...r most recent experience with the firm started when a driver ran a red light and hit our son’s car. His car was totaled and he required surgery to repair a seriously broken arm. You can imagine how distraught we were going through that and at the same time trying to understand what our next actions should be. Once we contacted the Umansky Law they took over and made the process unbelievably smooth by clearly explaining our options, tracking down bills, contacting both insurance companies, keeping us up to date throughout the process, and getting us a quick and fair settlement. There is no need to look anywhere else for legal help.

I was rear-ended in October. My car was not worth much but it was totaled. I was in pain from head to toe due to the impact from the accident, but I had no broken bones or anything that severe. I didn't think I had a case. I faced a 2-hour round trip commute daily to work and couldn't sit in a car... for anywhere near that long and felt hopeless. The driver who hit me had some insurance coverage, but not much. I sought medical help and then I called the Umansky Law Firm. I lost my car, I lost my job, I was in pain. They checked in on me constantly as to my medical treatment and progress and even worked with my providers to reduce my outstanding medical bills so that I could keep more of my recovery. Outstanding attorney. Outstanding support staff. I would recommend this firm and this attorney to everyone.

In April of 2015 while on my way to work in Orlando I was rear ended by an 18 wheeler while stopped at a stop light. It was a low impact case but the impact had enough momentum to cause several herniated disc in my neck and one in my lower back. Although originally we were unaware of the extent of da...mage the impact had done to my neck and back I was in enough pain that Bill agreed to take the case. So what started off as something that I was only going to be out of work for 13 weeks turned into a year of extensive physical therapy, decompression therapy, traction therapy, steroid shots and eventually surgery. Bill and his staff were there to make sure I was informed and getting the assistance I needed to get better and put this accident behind me every step of the way. Bill was able to close (what for all practical purposes was a very hard low impact case with preexisting injuries from my time in the service) the case at our first litigation a year and a half after my accident. I had the unnerving pleasure of watching Bill negotiate the settlement during the litigation. I'm a 20yr Naval Special Warfare Veteran and I can tell you this I'd rather be shot then negotiate money with Bill. 5 hours into the litigation I knew I picked the right person to represent me on this particular Battle Field. Bill got me up to and beyond what we had originally agree was a good number. I would have folded when I got enough to cover my debts and leave the room debt free. But I'm happy to say I got a decent settlement to cover everything, pay off all my other bills and finally have a little bit of a nest egg in the bank. For the first time in my adult life I'm completely debt free. Thank Umansky Law Firm!!! I also want to extend a very special thanks to Randy and Donika for everything they did on my behalf in getting us ready for the litigation. Randy was amazing every step of the way. She was my lifeline and sanity check. There was never a question to big or to small that she wasn't just a text, email or phone call away to answer.
