Biography
My passion is helping clients aspire to a better life. I work primarily with real estate investors and entrepreneurs who have real estate holdings as part of their portfolio. Our primary focus is on protecting your assets from judgment creditors, building your asset holdings, and ensuring that your legacy is passed on to the next generation as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible, providing you with a sense of security and reassurance about your assets.
We draft all types of deeds, including enhanced life estates (Lady Bird deeds), create limited liability companies, advise clients about joint ventures and partnerships, draft Florida land trusts for privacy and asset protection, draft mortgage loan documents for private lenders, represent buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate closings, provide complete estate planning counseling and drafting, and create special LLCs for self-directed IRA account holders who invest in alternative investments with their retirement funds.
It's important to note that we do not handle any litigation, including evictions, foreclosures, partitions, or breaches of contract. We are solely a transactional practice, committed to providing you with the services you need without the stress of litigation.
