Simon Lawrence Wiseman

I was referred to Mr. Wiseman after my mother's wrongful death case was turned down by a few other law firms. He examined the case and discovered some crucial evidence that the other law firms had missed. Because of this evidence, he took the case and immediately things started to progress. I was ...very impressed that he was always available whenever I had questions or concerns, and he was always very personable and patient--never did I feel as if I had inconvenienced him. He was very honest and forthcoming in his answers, and he helped me set realistic expectations for the outcome of the case as it was developing. I was always aware of time frames and when/how things would happen next. Whenever new information arrived in his office, he was very quick to notify me and explain it. Mr. Wiseman is incredibly thorough, and as the case was developing he was always thinking ahead and preparing for different ways the case could go. We did have a positive resolution without going to trial, and I am confident this wouldn't have happened without Mr. Wiseman's expertise and guidance. Every aspect of working with his firm during this very emotional time in my life was positive--from consulting with him regarding the case to the professional manner his secretary handled the office protocols. I honestly believe he is in this business to help people right wrongs they have experienced.
