Biography
Simon Wiseman completed his law degree at Stetson University College of Law. He followed his passion for trial work by serving as a prosecutor in the State Attorney’s office in Orlando, FL. During this time, he was lead trial counsel for over 40 jury trials, including a murder trial and high-profile cases. His time as a prosecutor provided Mr. Wiseman with extensive trial experience and insight into the criminal justice system. He has also worked for insurance companies defending claims, further honing his litigation skills. In 2012, he formed The Wiseman Law Firm, focusing on personal injury and criminal defense.
