Matthew Burns Capstraw

I would not recommend Mr. Capstraw. He did not communicate and update me on the case. We never went to court so I cannot say anything about his performance in court. I tried to close my account and he refused. Charged a lot of money to do basically some emails and a couple phone calls. Still wit...h no resolution. I hired him because of some good reviews but unfortunately I did not have that great of an experience with him.
